Cancellation & Refund Policy

At SRI SURYA ORGANICS, we believe in helping our customers as far as possible and have therefore adopted a liberal cancellation and refund policy. Please read the following carefully:
Order Cancellations

Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made immediately after placing the order.

Cancellation requests may not be entertained if the order has already been processed by our vendors or has been shipped.

Perishable items such as flowers, eatables, etc., are not eligible for cancellation.
Refunds & Replacements

Refunds or replacements are possible only if the customer can establish that the product delivered was of poor quality.

For damaged or defective items, please report the issue to our Customer Service team within 7 days of receiving the product.

Claims will be considered after verification by the merchant.

If you believe the product received is not as described or not as per your expectations, please notify our Customer Service team within 7 days of receipt. Our team will review the complaint and make an appropriate decision.
Manufacturer Warranty

For products that carry a manufacturer’s warranty, please contact the manufacturer directly for complaints or replacements.
Refund Processing

If a refund is approved by SRI SURYA ORGANICS, it will be processed within 9-15 business days.
